He was very thorough over the live feed even showing all anomalies on the car (light scratches..etc) to ensure no surprises if we decided to take the 280 mile road trip. When we finally saw the car in person, it was what we expected and the car looked like it was a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited with 18K miles. Transaction went smooth, no hidden charges and best part was the car was a Certified Pre-Owned which gave me peace of mind due to the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. My daughter was extremely happy with her purchase and was able to learn a lot from the experience from comparisons with other dealerships who tried to lure her into buying their cars with questionable "fees" being added to the advertised price.
