They brought my car in a few hours notice for other dealership, accepted my offer, presented clear pricing, all was transparent deal. My only concern was Financing Department Manager - the optional insurance offered was presented in kind of "old-fashion-dealer-pushy-way". I was surprised by extra charges, could not calculate the value of on the minute notice and it and I felt uncomfortable being pressed. That's the only thing it could be addressed. Overall VERY positive experience. Great price! More

I was offered an Elantra Limited and upon pulling up to the dealer, it was ready. After a nice test drive, we worked out the deal. After paperwork, Sylwia showed us all the different features of the vehicle. The only downside however, not related to Sylwia, was that the next day when fixing my floor mats, I found dirt and pebbles underneath. The car was clean, with four fitted floor mats but what threw me off was the dirt covered by them. I am glad to have come to AutoNation Hyundai O'hare. I definitely recommend Sylwia! More
