Came in for a 7am Oil Change appointment. Was told there was a recall that would take 2 hours to do, so I asked for oil change only. They said this would take 1.5-2 hours. We talked to John Kraniotis about the 2024 Tucson we were interested in and he let us know right away when the car arrived. It was exctly the one we were looking for and was ready upon our arrival.
