My salesperson Mark Cutter did a great job making this a seamless transfer from my 2020 Kona to a new 2023 Santa Fe. He is still taking my calls about the new features this car has to offer. After 2 appointments to try to get my car painted with an extended warranty that was close to expiring, my case got dropped. It took several calls and no returned calls before I called corporate. I was finally put in touch with Latoya Williamson at Hyundai in Savannah who was very helpful and took extra steps to get all the noticeable defective paint areas painted. Unfortunately some small areas were missed. Follow up with Latoya is ongoing and I feel confident that she will continue to provide the same high level of customer service. More
