Scheduled appt 2 weeks out and then on day of appt was told it would be another 4 days more !! Had to go elsewhere. Always went to Auto Nation since buying my car there 11 years ago. Very disappointed!! More

The service writer was both dismissive and condescending. I suggested to him that maybe he should find a job that did not include customer service. I will not even go into the “screw-up” on an oil change. More
