Max Moon was great. I told him I had to be at work at 1:00. He went to the shop and had my battery replaced right away. However I was told by Dana at this facility my ba I told him I had to be at work at 1:00. He went to the shop and had my battery replaced right away. However I was told by Dana at this facility my battery was under warranty. It was not under warranty. I did not appreciate being giving the wrong information when I was told I had to pay for the battery. Dana should not be giving out false information. If she is uncertain of how to answer questions she should give the call to someone who does. I have a job which involves customer service.
