From this point forward I no longer want Hank as my go to representative. I left 4 messages for him. He didn’t respond to any of them. Max Moon will be my assigned representative from now on. I am a senior citizen who is still working so I can pay my bills. Set backs like this really hurt my budget. I will come back to this facility but only if it is for recalls or covered parts. Thank you.
