Advisor i had was so rude. When i got there it start okay. He told me my car might checkup on thursday, i drop my car tuesday. I ask him but can you call me today let me know if you guys start check up my car or not. I was waiting until around after 4. And i drop my car 1030am that day. I call the hyundai i want to know what going on with my car advisor wasnt there so lady who answer the phone told me wrote memo and let him know to call me back. Never got call back. Next morning i call try to get hold of advisor again. I call two more time finally he call me back, lady who answer the phone was nice. When he call me i ask him i was wating you to call me back let me know what's with my car hes respond was i told you your car will check up on thursday didnt i with attitude. Really that how you tokd your customer. I told him but i ask you to call me back let me know if still you didnt check upy car yet so i can rent a car. He respond was same i told you when you drop your car your car will check up on thursday. Really ... how hard is call me back let me know even you told me. One call. When i go back to pick up my car right a way when he talk to me that way he disnt say anything. Maybe it was good thing he didnt say anything cuz i was really upset. Worst service advisor.
