My car needed a lot of Maintenance & my service manager ~ Max Moon was very through and explained everything. He even went out of his way to have my steering wheel fixed at no charge by having the warranty e Max Moon was very through and explained everything. My car is now in tip top shape & I'll continue to bring it back for Maintenace & full inspections that give me "peace of mind". More
The customer service is lacking, they show no empathy with the customers, they are more worried about if you have an appointment or not.
