I don’t know if the service writer was just over worked or what but it didn’t go as I was hoping. And yes he had to deal with an extended warranty Company. She have cars available for people to use if they or what but it didn’t go as I was hoping. And yes he had to deal with an extended warranty Company. She have cars available for people to use if they need. I was very impressed with how quickly I could get my vehicle in for service service. Over all I think he did the best he could!! More
Service advisor NEVER returned calls with any updates we requested. Vehicle was in the shop for 2 1/2 weeks. A good week and 1/2 over estimated time. The dealership is in a mess right now as the calls nev requested. Vehicle was in the shop for 2 1/2 weeks. A good week and 1/2 over estimated time. The dealership is in a mess right now as the calls never go through to anyone who picks up. I’m glad my warranty is about up as I won’t go back after it expires. Horrible service department. No customer service. More

Having my car serviced the other day was a great experience. Max took very good care of me and all of the other customers he was in charge of. They are a very busy dealership, and they are remodel experience. Max took very good care of me and all of the other customers he was in charge of. They are a very busy dealership, and they are remodeling, but neither of these things took away from Max's concentration on his customers. Everything was explained in great detail and I actually felt like I was his only customer that day! I will ask for Max when I need to go back! More
I can't get anyone in the service dept to answer the phone, in fact I can't even get the operator to answer the phone. Had the engine from the block up replaced and it's obvious they didn't take the hoo phone, in fact I can't even get the operator to answer the phone. Had the engine from the block up replaced and it's obvious they didn't take the hood off because the inside hood insulation is damaged and at that same point on top of the hood there is a crease.
