We have been with this dealership / service center for many years. I have to say that the service yesterday was above what we were used to which was always good. Hank provided exceptional service, kept us many years. I have to say that the service yesterday was above what we were used to which was always good. The myth about the dealerships that they are not the place to have your car serviced, well I couldn't disagree more. Who better to have service my car than where it was bought. Didn’t know the dealership was being remodeled and almost missed the entrance. I did wait 30 minutes to get checked in. I came in because there was an oil leak and I had the car serviced a month before. I wa missed the entrance. I did wait 30 minutes to get checked in. It didn’t take 2 hours like I thought. Came back and Hank explained what they did. And guess what? Hank saved the day. Thank you Hank More

The employees are all very friendly and patient. They take the time to explain and show what work needs to be done and even explain how to do some if the minor things myself. Excellent service. I had multiple routine services due to the fact I had driven the car less than 5000 miles in the past 15 months and the fact that the car has 100,000 I had multiple routine services due to the fact I had driven the car less than 5000 miles in the past 15 months and the fact that the car has 100,000 miles on it. Had all the fluids flushed and changed, trans flush, fuel flush, brake flush and tune up. Car has never run better. Max, the service rep did a great job of informing me of all the needed items and provided updated throughout. I only bring my cars to this shop for service for this very reason. More
