this dealership is the worst of the worst they have no sense of urgency to help any customers when you arrive for your appointment you literally have to find someone to help you no one greets you no one a sense of urgency to help any customers when you arrive for your appointment you literally have to find someone to help you no one greets you no one asked me if i needed any help they all just walk past you like you're a GHOST it soo frustrating this the closest Hyundai to my house and I am no longer comfortable taking my car here to be serviced this is my third back experience with this dealership its disgusting and autoNation should be ashamed to let Hyundai operate like this The service manager doesn't know how to run his department none of these service adviser should be treating customers like this ive spend alot money getting my car worked on with them over the past few months and it sucks like now I have to take my business somewhere else's and travel out of my way and waste gas it's crazy The customer service I received if I had all this on camera you guys would look like absolute idiots autoNation Hyundai should be ashamed and this is not a one off experience there's several bad review saying the same thing nothing ever changes but thats okay i'll never have to deal with them again yayy!!! We have been with this dealership / service center for many years. I have to say that the service yesterday was above what we were used to which was always good. Hank provided exceptional service, kept us many years. I have to say that the service yesterday was above what we were used to which was always good. Hank provided exceptional service, kept us up to date and offered a viable solution. The myth about the dealerships that they are not the place to have your car serviced, well I couldn't disagree more. Who better to have service my car than where it was bought. Oh, and the prices are better there in as opposed to a third party! Please keep up the great service and if you have a Hyundai bring to AutoNation Tempe! More
Didn’t know the dealership was being remodeled and almost missed the entrance. I did wait 30 minutes to get checked in. I came in because there was an oil leak and I had the car serviced a month before. I wa missed the entrance. I did wait 30 minutes to get checked in. I came in because there was an oil leak and I had the car serviced a month before. I wasn’t real happy at that point. Hank was the person who assisted me. Said he’d bring it right to the technician . It didn’t take 2 hours like I thought. Came back and Hank explained what they did. And guess what? Hank saved the day. Thank you Hank More
The employees are all very friendly and patient. They take the time to explain and show what work needs to be done and even explain how to do some if the minor things myself.
