Was very disappointed in my appointment for a repair with an appointment to fix the windshield washer. Waited 40 minutes in line just to check it in. No one was coming around to check me in as I waited in an appointment to fix the windshield washer. Waited 40 minutes in line just to check it in. No one was coming around to check me in as I waited in the car. Then finally was asked to go in the trailer (they are remodeling service area). There were 3 or 4 guys in there but no one outside waiting on customers. Then was told I had to leave it over the weekend and go to Enterprise for a rental car. Waited an hour there. Had to leave it at noon on Saturday and finally called Monday to check status, they were still trying to get it in to take a look. Called the manager and he finally got it moving. More

Did not receive the service I thought I would. I showed up to my appointment and Jol was 23 minutes late to my appointment. After getting my car serviced over the weekend. I rush over to pick up my car Monday and then I turn on my car, my service light is still on. One of the agent told me they’ll take it to the back to get it checked really quick. But instead of putting the car in reverse he put it in drive and ran over the side walk along with the concrete side curve to park. It’s been about two days and I have not received a call, email, or text notifying me what’s going on with my vehicle. More

This is not the first time I had issues with the Service department making an appointment. This time my appointment was made for 1pm I was told it would take a lil over an hr when I made the appointment. It department making an appointment. Yet service manager Jay couldn't have been more helpful when I brought my car in for a new battery (replaceable under lifetime warranty, so no cost to me for the visit). Jay's patience, humor, communication, professionalism, and positive attitude are exemplary! More

The dealership is under remodeling however the service is very good. I was in and out in 2 hours and my warranty covered everything. Hank was great and kept me informed at all times. very good.
