I took my Accent to AutoNation Friday after I had trouble starting my car. I knew it needed a battery because the original had lasted more than four years. Service (Peter) took me in without an appointment a starting my car. I knew it needed a battery because the original had lasted more than four years. Service (Peter) took me in without an appointment and replaced the battery in short order. I have always received good service at AutoNation and I appreciate their willingness to fit me in to their busy schedule. More
The oil change I scheduled was completed and I was told my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. I remember that, but was not given any check-off paperwork to show what was checked and what need my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. Approximately 2 weeks later my battery needed to be replaced. Wouldn’t that have been noted in a check-up of my car? More
Service is good but trying to get someone to answer a phone is impossible. I selected service & and the operator several times and no one answered so I tried Sales also 3 times where you would actually phone is impossible. I didn't just need to book an appointment, which can be done online, but I needed to ask a couple of questions before booking. Absolutely ridiculous that you cannot speak to anyone by phone! Beyond frustrating. Once the work was done I had to take my car back a few days later as the alignment was off & my car drifted significantly right. I don't know if they just didn't do the alignment after placing new tires on my car or what but it wasn't out of alignment when I took it in. More
