I had an appointment set for 11:00 am for an oil change ~ Jake assisted me about 5 minutes late but that didn’t matter cause he showed me how complimentary coffee machine worked and when he quoted me an hour Jake assisted me about 5 minutes late but that didn’t matter cause he showed me how complimentary coffee machine worked and when he quoted me an hour to an hour and a half for service to be completed he was spot on ~ one hour!!! I took my Accent to AutoNation Friday after I had trouble starting my car. I knew it needed a battery because the original had lasted more than four years. The oil change I scheduled was completed and I was told my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed. I remember that, but was not given any check-off paperwork to show what was checked and what need my brake fluid was dirty and needed to be changed.
