The worse service experience ever. Advisor was curt and really didn't seem to care. Both problems are still not fixed. This is the 3rd time I brought it in for the same navigation system issue. I asked for the phone number of the manager. Left him a message but after 4 days never received a call. Why should they care? I bought the car from them, they got their money. The work is under warranty so I am stuck. My family & I have owned 4 Hyundai cars but this will make me think twice next time I buy a new car. More
Incredibly poor customer service. I have a 2020 Hyundai palisade and it two weeks to get the car in when I the ac stopped working. After dropping it off on a Friday it took the dealership 6 days (4 business days) to get the problem diagnosed and repaired as it is still under warranty. The worst part was the lack of communication. Someone called me once on Monday afternoon to tell me what the problem was and that were checking to see if they had the part. I had to call daily to even find out that they needed to keep my car longer. Would not recommend getting service at this location. More
I think this is a typical dealership, understaffed and overpriced. It's difficult to make appointments by phone because they only have one person hired for that function. Even when they had two, it was ha overpriced. It's difficult to make appointments by phone because they only have one person hired for that function. Even when they had two, it was hard to get through. They also no longer have a cashier, so the service guy has to ring up the customers. When I dropped off my car for a simple oil change, someone came out immediately to greet me, but he had to tell "my guy" I was there. My guy was on the phone. I see no reason why the next available person can't sign a customer in, or out, for that matter. Why make the customer wait? I used the shuttle service, and that worked out great. I think this dealership, and maybe all of them, ought to change their way of thinking regarding customer service. Being nice helps, but no one likes to wait unnecessarily. Lastly, I do love the free car wash! More
The repair for my vehicle took longer than expected/ promised. I was not contacted by the staff to be notified that my vehicle was not going to be ready when promised. In fact, I could not reach the Ser promised. I was not contacted by the staff to be notified that my vehicle was not going to be ready when promised. In fact, I could not reach the Service Department when I repeatedly called. The automated system repeatedly looped and eventually disconnected. I was not given an explanation of why there was a delay or why I was not contacted. There was no apology for the inconvenience of being without my vehicle for the extended period. Poor Customer service!!! More
My car went to the shop to be serviced and I had to leave it since they didn't have enough mechanics. After the third day, I tried calling and I could not get anyone on the phone so I left a message. After the fourth day, I kept calling for over an hour until someone finally picked up the phone. Come to find out my car was fixed the day before and ready to be picked up. Shorthanded is one thing, but this has been going on for quite some time now. No one ever answers the phone! When I mentioned this as I was checking out the gentlemen replied, "I am only one person and I can only do so much". So, my suggestion to the dealership is to hire more people or pay the ones you have better so they don't leave. Then maybe someone will have a free moment to call a customer to pick up their car. More
Went in for 2 recalls one was no longer covered because it was out of warranty. Suprised a recall falls under the 10 year rule. The other warranty had something to do with the tire gauge. They were great. I was initially concerned because there was a long line for the service department, but they got me in at my appointment time. They told me 1.5-2 hours and my car was actually done in 1hr 20 min! They were quick, efficient, and did a good job on my car. I appreciated their timeliness. Even though it was my last free maintenance, I'll be back to have them maintain my Tucson as my service advisor was also very kind!. More
