They were great. I was initially concerned because there was a long line for the service department, but they got me in at my appointment time. They told me 1.5-2 hours and my car was actually done in 1hr 20 min! They were quick, efficient, and did a good job on my car. I appreciated their timeliness. Even though it was my last free maintenance, I'll be back to have them maintain my Tucson as my service advisor was also very kind!. More
I worked with Jerry Shannon for the first scheduled maintenance for my 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Unfortunately, the car had a small oil leak from the oil pan gasket which was going to take longer to repair, maintenance for my 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Unfortunately, the car had a small oil leak from the oil pan gasket which was going to take longer to repair, and couldn't be done that day. Jerry coordinated a car rental for me while mine was being worked on, and got me on my way as quickly as possible. I was able to collect the car a few days later and briefly discussed the work. Everything appears to be fixed now, so I am happy. Thank you Jerry for your courteous and professional service. More
Took 40 min to be acknowledged while being the only car waiting in the service line. After I was finally acknowledged I was told they were very busy -but only 2 people left while I was sitting in my vehicl waiting in the service line. When I was finally in the waiting area there was only 1 other person waiting on their service appt and about 10 min after being seated they were told their car was done. I understand being busy but an acknowledgment would have been nice after 10-15 min of sitting in the service row. I have never had service that bad there before.. More
Service rep was unresponsive after i had a problem that did not get properly fixed on the initial visit. Well I will and I will give the dealership another shot but I will not work with Jake Washarka in the future. I know things happen but why have voice mail if calls are not returned? More
