Do not take your vehicle here for service. Very unprofessional and just play the blame game, pointing fingers at the other guy for excuses as to why they cannot get the work done. It is taking weeks for simple repairs, and on top of that, I've waited over an hour multiple times just to get thru to someone on the phone. Stay away from this dealership-take your car anywhere else but here!! More

Unfortunately I was very unhappy with the customer service. It was extremely difficult to communicate with my advisor, Joe Mazer! When I first arrived, he was very friendly and seemed to understand my service. It was extremely difficult to communicate with my advisor, Joe Mazer! When I first arrived, he was very friendly and seemed to understand my needsI While I know he was extremely busy, I could not get him on the phone or anyone else for that matter to follow up on my concerns and questions. After having my car in the shop for 2 days, we had 1 very short brief conversation. And he was not there when I picked up my car and the person that helped me could not and would not go over the findings. Which in turned I left without some work being done and I still don’t know if the leaks I reported were fixed! And I still need to have my back-up camera fixed! I have brought my 2015 car here regularly for maintenance work, but probably will never return after this! Sorry for the bad review. More
