I have been dealing with this dealership for over 7 years and have never had a problem, until the last 2 times i changed my oil,,, new employee or management not sure what happened to AutoNation used to be w and have never had a problem, until the last 2 times i changed my oil,,, new employee or management not sure what happened to AutoNation used to be way better, after i had my oil changed they didn't connect everything right and i had to damaged that peace gose under the car to protect under ,,, and i talked to the first guy he was no worries we will take a look and see what we can do, i couldn't make it that day and yesterday i went and the employee service advisor so aggressive and i couldn't want to be done from it.. never going back there, i am not happy ... and now iam gana need to fix there mistake on my own because i can't trust them anymore ... Service was as quoted for my 2003 Hyundai Elantra. Service advisor was twenty minutes late for my scheduled appointment. He tried to upsell me on an $1800 service I didn't need yet. I waited two and a half hours (as promised) before my advisor went to lunch appointment. He tried to upsell me on an $1800 service I didn't need yet. I waited two and a half hours (as promised) before my advisor went to lunch leaving me to wait an additional hour to pay and leave. Thank goodness for Jerry, who helped me out. Bought my Hyundai here in 2006. Have only been served here and she is still purring like a kitten. Service people are both friendly and knowledgeable about my car.
