I had to bring an Elantra for a recall repair. When I first called, I was told that it would be 3-4 months before i could get an appt. For a job that could be competed in 15 minutes. I tried again six m first called, I was told that it would be 3-4 months before i could get an appt. For a job that could be competed in 15 minutes. I tried again six months later. This time I was told I need to confirm with the Parts Dept. That they had the party to do my repair before they would schedule it. I waited on hold for 30 minutes only to get an angry parts guy that said he had plenty of the part. I then had to call Service back to tell them their own Parts Dept. Had they part to make the fix. All told, it took 45 minutes to set up an appt. For a 15- minute repair. Crazy stuff. I was doing this for a friend and it was my first experience with Hyundai. It actually has given me doubts about buying a Hyundai for my next car... just can't imagine having to deal with this every time I needed service. More
Nothing wrong with the dealership other than they need to do something about how appointments are scheduled. I have been dealing with this dealership for over 7 years and have never had a problem, until the last 2 times i changed my oil,,, new employee or management not sure what happened to AutoNation used to be w and have never had a problem, until the last 2 times i changed my oil,,, new employee or management not sure what happened to AutoNation used to be way better, after i had my oil changed they didn't connect everything right and i had to damaged that peace gose under the car to protect under ,,, and i talked to the first guy he was no worries we will take a look and see what we can do, i couldn't make it that day and yesterday i went and the employee service advisor so aggressive and i couldn't want to be done from it.. never going back there, i am not happy ... and now iam gana need to fix there mistake on my own because i can't trust them anymore ... Service was as quoted for my 2003 Hyundai Elantra. Service advisor was twenty minutes late for my scheduled appointment. He tried to upsell me on an $1800 service I didn't need yet. I waited two and a half hours (as promised) before my advisor went to lunch appointment. He tried to upsell me on an $1800 service I didn't need yet. I waited two and a half hours (as promised) before my advisor went to lunch leaving me to wait an additional hour to pay and leave. Thank goodness for Jerry, who helped me out. It's nice that they have one fantastic employee. Please give Jerry a raise and hire more advisors like him. Hope you enjoyed your lunch, Joe. More
