We bought our Sonota with 16,000 miles on it from this dealer. Used to be A+ service with excellent service advisors. As our vehicle is now at 88,000, the interest in keeping us happy with the service is dealer. Used to be A+ service with excellent service advisors. As our vehicle is now at 88,000, the interest in keeping us happy with the service is going downhill quickly. Excuses, incomplete explanations, questionable service recommendations, and some that are needed not mentioned at all. One advisor actually laughed at my wife when he thought he had hung up his phone. We bought a platinum warranty from them, some things have been covered, but we're getting very uneasy about future servicing from them. More
My experience with my visit with Hyundai Dealership was pleasant one just like the first one. Rep Henry (Hank) explained what was being done to my vehicle. Thru my wait everyone friendly. No stress. I am not sure why setting an appointment time was for. We showed up 15 minutes early for our appointment and we still had to wait for a half hour past appointment time to be helped. We sat in a line for about 15 minutes no one came out to greet us or let us know what we needed to do. We parked went inside and stood there for about 10 minutes. We finally went into an office and spoke with someone. We were told to go back to the car and get back in line. 20 minutes or so went by before someone came over to talk with us. Not very good service in the service department. More

I waited for quite a while until someone checked me in. My service advisor was ok, not super friendly. I was in for a safety recall and also to let them know my drive info keeps reseting when I turn my car My service advisor was ok, not super friendly. I was in for a safety recall and also to let them know my drive info keeps reseting when I turn my car on and off. When the advisor called that my car was ready he did not give me any information on the status of anything. When I got there to pick up the car he did not greet me and asked who I was there to see. Then he had me sign the paper and took me to my car and still said nothing. When I looked over the paper the safety recall was not an issue but I was very upset about the comments they left about my drive info. It was extremely insulting to read, "Customer may be holding the ok switch down when driving." They also changed the display screen thinking I would forget or that I don't know how my car works. Needless to say I am not happy with my experience and feel I was not listened to or taken seriously. More
