I was first appointment time (7am). Was checked in quickly by my service advisor and told it would be about an hour, maybe a bit more. I waited in the lobby. I was asked by two service team members if I needed help, I let them know it looked like my car was done and I wanted to check out. They tried to locate my service advisor and could not.
