I generally take my car to AutoNation Hyundai Tempe for all my maintenance. As a general rule, they do a good job. Took my car in to have a recall fixed. It was completed in a timely manner (under 2 hours). The only negative thing I have to say is that when I tried calling the dealership to ask if this was a drop off o in a timely manner (under 2 hours). The only negative thing I have to say is that when I tried calling the dealership to ask if this was a drop off or waiting situation, I could never reach a live person. The phone queue would reroute me and the automated system would start all over again. I tried calling different times of the day and even pressing different numbers to reach different departments with no luck. I ended up calling a different location to ask this question before making my appointment online. More

I was there for an oil change and mentioned to Jake that my brakes were acting strange when I would first start it in the mornings. Jake had them checked and came back to let me know that I need new brakes my brakes were acting strange when I would first start it in the mornings. I only suggest replacing the chairs in the waiting area. So Very Uncomfortable to try and sit in. More

Own 3 Santa Fe's - all serviced at this dealership. Service is quick, great waiting area, and only perform service needed thanks to great Service Rep - Jake Washatka. Over last 6 months, getting serv Service is quick, great waiting area, and only perform service needed thanks to great Service Rep - Jake Washatka. Over last 6 months, getting service appointment has been difficult - have to book weeks in advance, but Jake manages to get my auto's in the service calendar. Dealership service at AN Hyundai is actually less expensive, less hassle, etc than other service providers - check the prices and waiting experiences. More
