Overall the experience was very good. Donna had the first corrected quickly, when we called her attention to it. We continue to have a good experience with Tempe Hyundai, with now nearly 120,000 miles on our Santa Fe, and nearly all the service done there, except when traveling. Because parts had to be ordered, we received a loaner car for a couple of days and greatly appreciated that service. Donna continues to be a pleasure to deal with. We shared with Donna a travel blog of our daughter and her husband, as they are driving across Mexico (from Cancun to Puerto Penasco), in a 1972 VW Safari or "Thing". Donna called to receive my approval for work to be done, and it was completed in timely manner. She even brought car to the driveway. Replaced Radiator hose beyond warranty, We appreciated the attention they gave us while discussing the defect in the hose. They replaced the hose and washed the car all for free. I was greeted and checked in right on time. I was given a time for when my vehicle would be ready for pick up and told that I would be called if there was a change. I was also advised that if anything new showed up while my vehicle was being worked on that I would be called. Later that day I spoke to the service department and was told what was being done and a for sure time for pick up. As always, everyone I spoke to was courteous and what I like and appreciate most is that when it comes time to see the cashier there aren't any surprises. I also appreciate the coupons that I have access to online. However, what I appreciate the most is the feeling that the work done on my vehicle was done well and was necessary. Service was excellent!!! I went to the Hyundai dealer at Chapman and was told they couldn't even change the oil because they had no filters. I went to Hyundai of Tempe and was treated like a "King".
