Casey helped in every way possible to make sure the work was completed. I always feel comfortable on leaving my problems with him and he will follow through. He was out one day sick while my car was being s was completed. I always feel comfortable on leaving my problems with him and he will follow through. He was out one day sick while my car was being serviced and I was put on hold for 20 mins waiting for some one else to let me know what was going on with my car. Casey never has done that and always returns my calls ASAP. Since my car needed to be in the shop for 6 days he did all the arrangements for me to get a rental car so only thing I had to do is sign and pick up the car. Again NEVER a worry when he is around to make sure I am satisfied with my service. That's why when we are ready to purchase our new car I will return to Hyundai of Tempe because of the great service dept you have. Thank you Casey for all your help. All my friends and family will hear how great we were treated. More
Hyundai of Tempe has always been very courteous, helpful and honest in my dealings with them. They don't try to influence one into getting services one doesn't need, and if there's something that needs to b and honest in my dealings with them. Had a great experience on Friday, June 24th at the I10 & Eliot dealership in Tempe. I stopped in the service department becaus emy AC was not working properly. The service on my Santa Fe was completed quickly and the vehicle was returned washed and clean. Donna was great when I had questions about alignment. John Pereyra was my Service Advisor. I was having the 6,000 mile service done on my Sonata. He told me it would be about an hour. In about 5 minutes he came to me and explained that there was a softw 6,000 mile service done on my Sonata. He told me it would be about an hour. In about 5 minutes he came to me and explained that there was a software download that should be done for the auto transmission and the gas flap had been sticking for some people. He said he recomended that I should have it done. I agreed. When the car was finished, I ask him to come out and help me sinc my new cell phone to the car. He was more than willing to help me and took him only a few minutes to complete. He was very friendly and professional at all times. More

With a new car at a different dealership than where purchased, I wasn't sure what to expect. I am also 8 weeks new to Tempe. I found everyone more friendly and helpful than I could have imagined. John went above and way beyond helping me, even after I had paid the bill. He put some door protector strips on my doors for me and I was so amazed that he would do that himself! What a great service rep to have! What lovely service at check-out! What a great welcome when I first arrived! I have such confidence in Hyundai of Tempe; I'm so glad I chose to buy a Santa Fe. More
