I was very concerned about what appeared to be a transmission problem with my 2005 Elantra. I didn't want to rely on "Joe's Garage" to do the work so I looked up Hyundai of Tempe. I was able to transmission problem with my 2005 Elantra. I didn't want to rely on "Joe's Garage" to do the work so I looked up Hyundai of Tempe. I was able to make a service appointment online with just a few clicks. Later, when I discovered that I needed to change the time of the appointment, I was able to do that easily, using the same online system. When I arrived at the dealership, Casey proved to be very efficient and personable. He asked the right questions and got the information he needed to guide the diagnostic process. As it turned out, my transmission was not the problem. It was an external part that cost relatively little to repair. I also had my timing belt changed and my sunroof worked on during the same appointment. The total cost for the work I had done was very reasonable. The people in the department were quick and courteous. And most importantly to me - the car came back looking, feeling and performing like new. Overall I'd say that I'm extremely pleased with the service I received at Hyundai of Tempe this week. More

John Pereyra was very quick in getting my car service. He explained every thing about the service and he answered all my questions. I am always happy with the service I receive everytime I bring my vehicle in and that is because Donna takes care of everything for me and I never have to worry!!! I have had two Santa Fe's now and I only c bring my vehicle in and that is because Donna takes care of everything for me and I never have to worry!!! I had to have 3 new tires mounted and aligned. Again, I received wonderful service from Donna and everyone else at the dealership. The car drives so much better than before. I spoke to Casey on the phone the day before I brought in my car to discuss the problem I was experiencing. When I arrived the next morning, he was there to greet me...I didn't need to find him. He listene my car to discuss the problem I was experiencing. When I arrived the next morning, he was there to greet me...I didn't need to find him. He listened to my concerns and explained what the service department would be doing to find out exactly what was causing the problem. He advised that the problem was more than likely covered under my warranty. I requested additional services, and he gave me an estimate for those. He also arranged for the courtesy shuttle to take me back home. Casey called later in the day to let me know what the problem was; that it was covered under my warranty, and what was done to repair the problem. He arranged for the courtesy shuttle to pick me up from home and bring me back to the service center. My final cost for the work I had done came in under his estimate. He also had my car washed/cleaned after the service. An ordeal that started out quite stressful, ended up to be more than pleasant. Casey seemed to be very knowledgeable and explained things at a level that I could understand. I left feeling very confident that my car was serviced by experts. Everyone from Casey, to the shuttle driver, to the cashier, were friendly and pleasant to deal with. I will continue to bring my car to Hyundai of Tempe, and will consider Casey my advisor for future visits! I would definitley recommend the dealership/service center to family and friends. More
I have some issues with the new Genesis Coupe I purchased last year. I had it in for maintenance and an alignment check a couple times so far. The car pulled to the right since new, but I saw the alignment m last year. I had it in for maintenance and an alignment check a couple times so far. The car pulled to the right since new, but I saw the alignment measurements the last time it was done and they looked ok. Jeremy had me bring the car in today and worked with Service to get the alignment fixed. The car drives better than when I got it, straight down the road. It's a coupe with 19" wheels so maybe it's tough to dial in. Thanks for the help Jeremy. More
Service was performed as we expected, in a professional manner and completed to our complete satisfaction. Although 2 visits were required to complete the necessary work, the second required part's failur manner and completed to our complete satisfaction. Although 2 visits were required to complete the necessary work, the second required part's failure could not be accertained until after the first one was replaced. It required a special order part which came in in a timely manner and the service work to replace it were done the day after it arrived. More
