Not the right frame of mind to comment but I will say I have left 2 messages and no one has responded back yet, the most recent 3 days ago and the first 10 days. The issues I returned to fix for the second have left 2 messages and no one has responded back yet, the most recent 3 days ago and the first 10 days. My experience was a very positive and painless visit. My car was repaired quicker than I expected. I was able to get my car in before work and I was able to pick it up during my lunch break which pleased me car was repaired quicker than I expected.
