I don't get hassled when I'm just browsing inventory, but when questions or concerns came up it was easy to find someon and friendly from all stages. I've been doing maintenance here over three years and they're thorough and insightful. The video messages from the mechanics are a nice change too over the past few years, and they make sure you want something done before anything with an advisor, so your not hit with some unwanted cost. Avery has been my go to, highly knowledgeable and responsive. Car washes have changed a little from just a wash down with a sprayer to actually bring cleaned with the outside wiped down and slightly buffed after which is nice too. More

To say it was a let down and same old bait and switch is an understatement. My wife and I were out looking at vehicles for her. This is to be her reward car for being an amazing person. She helps run our animal rescue all while being a full time elementary teacher for over 30 years. She maintains an 825 credit score and is an amazing person over all. She has had he current vehicle for just over 10 years and it's in the same condition as when she bought it brand new minus a ding she got on the way to our wedding from debris off a truck in I-5. We were enroute to downtown Los Angeles to look at a highlander hybrid when as the passenger I was searching to find her actual desired vehicle a Hyundai Sante Fe Hybrid Calligraphy. Amazingly I found one at the price she wanted so I contacted the lot to ensure the advertised price was true. I let them know she had an out the door ceiling of $50,000.00 and not a dollar more. I let them know she was coming with a check from her crediti union as well as $10,000 down. We were ensured that would not be an issue and infact she would come in under that. I made them reasure 2 more times explaining we were almost to the other dealer and they were holding the Highlander for us. We trusted them and turned around and headed their way. We got there and we're assured once again her ceiling was good. They verified her 825 credit score and we went out to see the vehicle. Her face lit up and I was so happy. I saw that face on our wedding day so I knew she was so happy. She test drove and was shown how to operate everything. We went in to pay for it and get ready to drive her dream car home. Then the roof comes crashing down as they come out $4000 over her guaranteed $50,000.00 They claimed it was because this vehicle has added running boards. WTH... this is the exact vehicle pictured on their website with the price they advertised and guaranteed. How can they change it now. I had to see her sink into a depression and it broke my heart. I had to sit in the passenger seat the whole way home in a silent car as she was speechless and heart broken. Her faith in the auto world extinguished. No apologies nothing just the suggestion she raise her loan amount to meet their higher price. I wouldn't even leave a review and just wash my hands of it and try to find another vehicle for her to settle for. However this is 2 days later and she is still sad. This is not how a newly Wed should be feeling. Your dealership has ruined such a beautiful time for us and has actually scarred a person with your deceptive practices. Shame on you. More
