I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I'll start off by saying that anyone can provide good/great customer service when things are going right. True customer service can be measured in those instances when it doesn't go right, and in my case, this dealership failed at various points to step up and really provide the great customer service that was needed. In fact, they showed little to no interest in resolving my issue. I show up on 3/30/26 looking for a used car to purchase for my daughter. We find a car, a white Mazda6, it seems to check out and we make the purchase. Standard experience so far. We don't live in the area, so we get home on 4/1/26 at about 645pm. Our travel home was about 3 hours. When we got home, I decided to open the hood, give the car a quick check. I end up finding the car has a significant oil leak. The engine bay, passenger side undercarriage and even passenger side of the car all have oil. I call the dealership, Nazim answers, says he's emailing the service manager who will reach out in the morning. I'm already imagining the worst and I stress all night. I was given a 250 mile/5 day return window. I don't hear from the dealership in the morning, shows me the priority they put on my issue. I decide I am returning the car per the policy. I have to take the day off work, I rent a tow dolly, I borrow a truck and drive 3 hours to the dealership. When I do finally hear from the dealership at 230PM, I am an hour away from them. I get to the dealership around 330PM. Service manager comes out and I show him the issue. I inform him I want to return the car. He says of course, gets me over to sales to start the process. I spend about 2 hours here, during this time they tell me the issue has been fixed, they say a gasket seal rolled on itself and that the oil leak. A random thing they say. They try to talk me in to keeping the car, they offer me other cars that do not compare in price to what I purchased. They tell me it's easier for them to transfer, here I am shown my interest is of no interest to them. I stay firm and tell, I don't want it, return the money and let's end it here. We eventually get to signing papers to process the return. I'm frustrated and just want to get back on the road to head home, 4-hour drive now with traffic. I am not informed on how they are returning the money, when I can expect the funds returned, just a "I'll take care of it". Here I am talking with a finance manager, Leo Molina. I don't here anything for a couple days, I call in on Friday; after navigating around the AI answering system I finally get through and talk with Leo again. I ask for an update, he says this takes time and I should expect the funds back within 7 days. I get his direct line and agree to call back withing 7 days. I wait a week and call back for an update, he answers, says let me check with accounting, I'll call you back. The day goes by, no callback. I call in again the next day. He answers, tells me there was an issue with the address for the bank and that he personally called the bank to get the address and the check was sent out, this was on 4/10/26. I tell ok, please call me with any update you have. He says ok. Another week goes by, now I am extremely stressed out, I have a loan for 16000 dollars to my name and no car to go with it. 4/19/26, I contact corporate via email, I need someone to resolve this. 4/20/26, I call the dealer soon as they open, no answer form Leo's line. I reach out to the dealer online as if I'm buying a car, here I do get someone reaching out. I tell them I need to talk to the store manager. I am passed to Brad Winters, no answer, leave a message. I am at work; I miss his callback and call him back within 6 minutes. Eventually I get in touch with Edgar Jimenez who actually helps out and gets the funds returned. Before him however, total ineptitude and lack of care. Go somewhere else. More
Best dealership I have visited and bought from in a long time. It is rare to find a professional, friendly, and helpful staff at a dealership. Most of all, they listened. Whether you are looking for an Infiniti or another vehicle, I would visit this dealership first. More
