I found a used BMW on CarGuru that was on this dealer's lot. I sent them an email asking for some details, and I received a prompt response from Moe, one of the sales team. He was curteous and responded to all my questions. We set-up a time for a test-drive later that day. When I arrived, the car was ready to go... after a short drive, I bought the car (2020 BMW X3). They purchased my old car, and we did the sales & finance paperwork on the same visit.. All told, it was about 3.5 hours. The paperwork side of things took longer than I would have liked, but it was a Friday night with a smaller crew. All told, I would recommend Moe and Tustin Infiniti. More

I took my car for a simple oil change. They recommended a tire rotation also. And I regret ever agreeing to that. Eversince I’ve been having issues with brake indicators and now my steering wheel shakes when I brake. I just replaced the rotors in the back and replaced brake pads in the front and back. Last year. And I didn’t have any shaking in my steering wheel nor indicator lights. I thought it would resolve itself but it hasn’t. My car was driving just fine before this visit to this dealership.
