This purchase took over 4 hours for a $10k cash deal. Very unorganized store. Follow up even worse. We are missing the key cylinder inside the key fob on the ONE KEY we were given so if the electronic key fails, we are stuck. We reached out to sales staff and have not received any response. Additionally, the rear view camera image is upside down. We did not drive the car in reverse to observe this issue during the test drive. We also reached out to sales the morning after taking delivery and again haven’t received a response. So far, Autonation Infinity is 0/3. The camera should have been caught during the “safety inspection” Autonation touts on all of their marketing materials. More
