Loved the dealership when I leased my QX50 in 2019. I believe that the staff has changed since then. When I returned this month to purchase the vehicle, I was forced into purchasing a package of "car I believe that the staff has changed since then. When I returned this month to purchase the vehicle, I was forced into purchasing a package of "car paint/upholstery protection" and "oil changes and tire rotation" even though it stated "optional" on lines E1 and I1 on my sales contract. The finance person said that I had to purchase or I would be required to purchase an "inspection" for $1295.00. I told them that I just had it serviced at Westminster Infiniti and my car only had 29,000 miles on it. They told me that I must choose one or the other. I emailed the salesperson, the finance person as well as the general manager, AJ Ortiz and received no reply from them about these excessive charges. I drive solo and do not need these additional, add-on BS costs. The $1295.00 was a total ripoff and I will never go to Tustin Infiniti again. Buyer beware when you are purchasing your leased vehicle! I also had an appointment on a weekday at 4:00 and did not leave the dealership until 7:00! I have no idea what took so long but I will take my business elsewhere in the future. More
