First the good news. I purchased two high performance tires and the dealership (Tustin Infiniti) was very competitive on price. I checked with Costco first. I therefor I purchased two high performance tires and the dealership (Tustin Infiniti) was very competitive on price. I checked with Costco first. I therefore purchased the tires from the dealer. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful. The bad news is, I dropped the car off at 10:30 and it wasn't ready till 5:30. I had only an oil change and two tires replaced. This was with an appointment! WIth an appointment, this should have taken two hours at best. Scheduling could be better. Laurence More

Always had good experiences in the past with the service department, however, during my recent service visit (in for a routine oil/filter change) I was called and recommended what turned out to be an unnece department, however, during my recent service visit (in for a routine oil/filter change) I was called and recommended what turned out to be an unnecessary service on the car. I obviously didn't have my service history available during the phone call so I agreed to the $375 item. It seemed a little unusual that this item was over due so I checked and it had been done on schedule. The service rep did reduce the charge but I still paid for an unneeded maintenance item. More
