I bought a used Ram truck w/ 4000 miles on it. It was damaged in the detail shop after I paid for at the dealership. The dealer used a touch up guy to do repairs. It was awful. It had to go back to a bod damaged in the detail shop after I paid for at the dealership. The dealer used a touch up guy to do repairs. It was awful. It had to go back to a body shop which did a half xxx job redoing the other repairs. The lack of detail and attention by the managers to notice this awful work, they had a $70,000 truck that I paid for for over 3 weeks trying to fix the damage. I drove 3 times to dealer which was over 1.5 hours from my home each way. I was more than frustrated. General manager never returned calls. Left voice mails. Lack of caring about customer is what that showed. More
