I had my appointment set for the 5th of October for major servicing and requested a loaner car as I needed to keep my car overnight for servicing. When I got to the dealership, there was no loaner available. servicing and requested a loaner car as I needed to keep my car overnight for servicing. When I got to the dealership, there was no loaner available. As a result, I had to leave. But made the appointment for the 13th and requested a loaner so that I could go to work. When I called in the evening prior to my appointment, I was told that there is no loaner available. So, I canceled my appointment time. Requested that I get a call back when/if a loaner becomes available. Very inconvenient for a busy working professional. More

When I set the appointment…I asked the guy that answered…how long my wait would be and what the service included & an estimate of the cost. He said he didn’t know, that he wasn’t a service writer…I answered…how long my wait would be and what the service included & an estimate of the cost. He said he didn’t know, that he wasn’t a service writer…I asked to talk to one and he said he couldn’t…the service took all day, so, I had to find a ride so I could go work and when I received the bill, it was $1800.00…I will not use this dealership anymore…I’ve purchased all my cars from here, had all services and repair work done here…but, no longer. More
