If I could, no star rating. I had horrible experience with dealer, I sold my leased Infiniti a month ago and was told I will received my payment in 2 weeks, I received them a month after, also I had to c with dealer, I sold my leased Infiniti a month ago and was told I will received my payment in 2 weeks, I received them a month after, also I had to call them up multiple times to get it. And then the amount came was $ 74 less than what they say that could pay me on the paperwork. I called them up today and ask for reasoning and they are just stating it's new fees that infiniti financial added charge. But what I don't understand is that they never mentioned about this month ago when transaction happened. I don't think it's fair to deduct $74 from amount they promise on the paperwork. I would not recommend this dealer, seems very fishy and not honest, and upfront. More

Edgar The manager is the worse and experience has been horrible.. He has been very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate to my wife and situation. Me and Family just had newborns and need a bigger vehicl horrible.. He has been very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate to my wife and situation. Me and Family just had newborns and need a bigger vehicle and decided to drive 2hrs from San Diego to buy a SUV from their dealership and It been the WORST decision we ever made. They hid details about issue with the vehicle and now we have an IOU and they wont even be courteous to provide us with a loaner vehicle since they issue they need to fix would take more than a day and we would to drive back and forth. I will NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE AND AS AN ACTIVE DUTY MEMBER OF US MILITARY WOULD EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS... I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY MILITARY OR VETERAN TO PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY DO NOT TREAT US WITH RESPECT WE DESERVE FOR PROTECTING THIS COUNTRY More

We recently leased our 2nd QX60 Infiniti from Infiniti Tustin. For our first 2017 lease, we had a wonderful and efficient experience plus they kept their word! We recently picked up another 2020 QX 60 lease from Infiniti Tustin. We had a discrepancy with the purchase and lease return process. We spoke with the General Manager, Zayn, and he was professional, listened, and was dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. After he looked into the situation in detail, he resolved the issue to our full satisfaction and we are looking forward to leasing another Infiniti in the future. More
