Horrible experience. They will break whatever was good in your car and ask you to pay fo r the repair of their own damage. Stay away from them and be happy. More

This dealers estimate for service was way out of line. What turned out to be just a simple adjustment was quoted at many hundreds of dollars. We simply cannot recommend their service department. Polite le More

Please let us know your first and last name, the make and model of the car you purchased, the date of purchase and your preferred method of contact. Thank you for taking the time to review our store. since you are asking, here you go. anthony brouillette, date of accepted counteroffer: june 17, 2008 infinti G35S sedan. mr. so was the salesperson and mr. howard was the manager. neither returned phone calls or e-mails after i received car and had questions. i'll try to keep this brief, here are the main points: - had to pay for an extra week of rental car due to the time it took to get the g35 - wasted $30 to overnight paperwork to mr howard when he was off for the following two days, pretty sure he knows his days off. -finance paperwork was sent to wrong address and also had wrong information on the paperwork - padded shipping fee an extra $200 and missed two shipping dates that i was told - here's the biggie. made an offer on the car and chris came back with you guys had $1100 in "reconditioning" in it. i agreed to split that with you as he said it had brand new tires. which it did and they are very good tires. i spcifically asked if "reconditioning" was any body work and/or paint work. i was told "no". after receiving the car, this is what i have found so far. front and rear bumpers and hood have been repainted. there were 5 or 6 places where it looked like someone took sandpaper to the paint and then just left it. horrible job touching up some major chips in the paint. sunbaked stickers all over the windows which took forever to get off. emblem on engine cover missing. front brake rotors warped. windshield wipers worn out. floor mats missing. i'm thinking the remainder of money after the tires was probably spent on paint work, sure didn't go towards the mechanicals. i had a lexus gs430 that i lost due to some idiot blowing a stop sign, so this was a forced purchase to begin with, and couple that with my purchase experience and a grandmother's funeral out of state, it hasn't been a very enjoyable two months. i'm not looking for some huge restitution out of this, or expect anyone to be fired. my grandparents and my father were small business owners, so i know a little about business and i would think the owners of tustin infiniti would want to know these kind of things are going on. not a way to get repeat business. some floor mats would be nice, though. below is a link to some reviews about your dealership i came across recently and quite a few have had unpleasant experiences. might be worth taking a look if you don't know about them, repeat business and all. thanks for your time, tony brouillette tbrew9@tx.rr.com http://www.yelp.com/biz/infiniti-tustin-tustin-3
