Fantastic Dealership I expected the usual high pressure from the dealership. That is not what I received. I was not aware of the vast listings available through AutoNation, but as Henry listened to my concerns he was able to filter my ideas into some intelligent choices. We looked on the lot at some options I might like. What I ended up choosing was not at all what I had in mind, but I am very happy. I have decided to name my new car Medea, because like Jason and the Argonauts, I was seduced by a beauty. I ended up with Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I am enjoying it immensely. Our rating is based on the extraordinary professional treatment we received while considering a vehicle purchase and the continuation of that same treatment upon our purchase of a Lincoln MKZ. Our overall experience with the staff was outstanding. Henry Oliver, the salesman, was friendly, honest, polite and very personable and took much time to show us available cars. He answered our questions and kept in touch with us while we were considering which car to purchase. He was not pushy and did not try to pressure us, but explained in detail all the options we may want to consider. After our purchase, Henry did an outstanding job of briefing us on its systems, etc. Brian O'Connor, the Used Car Manager, joined us and kept us apprised about lease cars that were available. Brian also displayed an enormous professional approach in dealing with us and always provided clear and honest answers to our questions. We were most impressed to receive a personal call from the General Manager, Bob Geiger, assuring us that AutoNation Lincoln would find the right car for us. When we came to the store on our next visit, Mr. Geiger stopped and had a very productive conversation with us. Before we left that evening, he had approved the sale and we left as very happy customers. Wendy Almberg, Finance Manager, is very knowledgeable, organized, friendly and enormously efficient. We had questions about registration and taxes in our home state, which she was able to answer and she completed all the paperwork in a timely fashion. Jeff Jones gave us an orientation to the car and demonstrated how all the technical systems operate.
