This review concerns a recent visit for oil change and passenger seatbelt/air bag recall. We made an appointment 5 weeks out due to work schedules. We lucked out in that our rep was able to find the par passenger seatbelt/air bag recall. We made an appointment 5 weeks out due to work schedules. I was surprised that even though we made the appointment well in advance for a known issue Nissan will not order parts until vehicle is on site. This is not very professional and frankly I was shocked! But as I stated we lucked out and our service rep was professional and very helpful..work was completed same day as promised. More

Mike the sales guy was great. Super helpful and communicated consistently. They made the purchase pretty simple and help move things along quickly as I was in a rush. I went back for the tinting that they add to the price and the tint job was not very good. The service center didn't call me when it was done and didn't have the paperwork when I saw that my vehicle was done and sitting there. All of the windows were filthy with the soap or what ever they use and the rear window has bubbles and bad trim work. More

I had my oil changed and arrived early. They were able to get me in right away. I waited less than an hour and it was done. Fast, courteous and did a good job. Waiting area is very nice. The diligent workers of this establishment friendly greeted us at the entrance for information needed for the recall and offered and followed through with a thorough check of our Nissan.
