I recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Pathfinder from AutoNation Nissan Miami. During the purchase, I had concerns regarding several optional products that were included in my contract. I met personally with General Manager Eddy Socias to discuss my concerns. What impressed me most was that he took the time to listen. We had an honest conversation, and while we did not agree on every point, I appreciated his transparency and willingness to address the situation. I would also like to recognize Luis, who has assisted me with vehicle purchases for many years and remained professional throughout the process. At the end of the day, customer relationships matter.
