I have been trying to get a hard copy of the owners manual for a 2023 Z for over two months. I keep getting told they will send me one. Salesperson Francys has been giving me the run around for two mon manual for a 2023 Z for over two months. I keep getting told they will send me one. Salesperson Francys has been giving me the run around for two months and now just ignores my texts and doesn’t respond. The attached picture shows I even PAID for the manual. I don’t understand why this is so difficult. I’ve also sent text to another employee there who send he’d send one, now he doesn’t respond either. This is a very simple request and I’m getting absolutely horrible customer service More
