Highly unprofessional group of people - I went there to buy out my lease as the bank asked me to get a letter from the dealership. The guy with no freaking idea told me that I would get a better loan rate buy out my lease as the bank asked me to get a letter from the dealership. The guy with no freaking idea told me that I would get a better loan rate than what my bank was offering - 30 seconds into he asked me for my info and social to run credit and told me it would NOT hit my credit. I waited for 30 mins just to find out they can't match the loan % my bank is offering and I got dinged on my credit report. So annoying. Never recommend anyone doing business there.! More

I was directed to this dealership after soliciting a purchase quote for my car from KBB. My initial reaction was to disregard and pursue another route. Nonetheless I decided to give the dealership a try and I am glad I did. I have Been buying cars for 45 years and have purchased dozens of vehicles from various dealerships. My experience with Auto Nation Nissan on SW 8th Street in Miami was as good as any I I have ever experienced. From my salesperson Ronnie Lucero tithe sales manager Enrique Diaz and finance manager Pedro Roque as professional and straight forward as I have experienced.
