Hector Carrera provided 5 star top class service. He provided an online out the door quotation/estimate as requested and explained the breakdown details of the quote/estimate and the possible variations provided an online out the door quotation/estimate as requested and explained the breakdown details of the quote/estimate and the possible variations of the final amounts depending on the final terms of the purchase. Hector was very honest with no hidden agenda. The car was ready for viewing when I arrived as promised. Hector did not rush to try to make a sale, but instead he first took time to take me on a tour of the vehicle and explained all of the features and answered all of my questions, then took a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the product, and I can tell he was very conscious of me feeling comfortable with the vehicle first. Every employee at this dealership was so pleasant and the Finance guy explained the add ones without pressuring me but broke down the figures where it was very easy to understand and make a final decision. Yes, I bought the vehicle but waited about 2 weeks after to write this review. Hector called and also emailed after the vehicle was purchased to follow up to see if all was okay. If you are looking for a competitive price and quality vehicle you need to seriously check out AutoNation Nissan Miami. More
