Took my car in for a check engine light and I had them fix the two things they said would make my check engine light go off. I called them took it back they said ohh one of the things we changed wasn’t properly on it should be good now. I drive it home which is about 30 miles from the dealership and my check engine light came back on! More

My wife and I popped in at AutoNation Nissan in Tempe just to 'look' at a vehicle we saw online. We test drove it and decided we wanted it. It was a 2025 pre-owned Nissan Rogue. After speaking with our salesperson we found out we could get a brand new 2026 Rogue for the same price with the discounts provided for new vehicle purchase. Everyone was helpful. After I politely declined, I was questioned about "just submitting my information" and whether I was "not interested," which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Car shopping should never feel confrontational or guilt-driven. If a customer says they're not interested, that should be the end of the conversation. This interaction left a bad impression and made me uncomfortable. Poor communication and lack of respect for customer boundaries. More
