Great dealership with no pressure sales and a friendly staff that was ready to help in anyway they can. Came to “just look” and the sales staff (DeAndray) anticipated needs to provide us what we could loo staff that was ready to help in anyway they can. Just got back from oil change that took almost 2 hours. Booked a 2pm appointment on line the booking said “book a service”, then we choose oil change and booked it. Showed up 10 minutes early and did not get our car back until 345 pm. The service desk talked us into purchasing a deal to get three oil changes over the next 12 months when we arrived, but we asked to cancel that deal and just pay for that days service as we did not want to have to wait that long for an oil change in the future. The service desk told us our appointment was not for an oil change, just to check in for an oil change and fill out the paperwork. Unsure why that would be true considering we booked an oil change for 2 pm, not a paperwork appointment for 2 pm. Plenty of places around town to get an oil change in minutes without an appointment. The place was clean, and I assume they did an okay job on the oil change. Just be aware that an appointment time is not honored for service at this dealer. More
