My husband was at the dealership for 3hrs. They didn’t let us know that only one tech guy showed up for work. Until he was there for 3hrs. (Poor dude that was there alone needs a raise) I wish They didn’t let us know that only one tech guy showed up for work. Until he was there for 3hrs. (Poor dude that was there alone needs a raise) I wish they would have called us and we wouldn’t have wasted our time. It became closer to 4hrs and our car still wasn’t ready for the oil change. Our appointment was at 9am, so our oil change never happened. More

You get basic service. I have had better at other service centers. Sat in my car for about 7 minutes before being acknowledged for my appointment. I had thought I was getting a certain services based on the description of the 55,000 service - severe online appointment but the documents were only for an oil change. Just in comparison with similar service centers I had gotten a detailed breakdown of what was needed for next service the cost etc but not here. More
