The service department is understaffed but they are not cutting back on scheduling appointments. Consequently, poor service. Staff are trying to do what they can but it is impossible to do with not enough cutting back on scheduling appointments. Consequently, poor service. Staff are trying to do what they can but it is impossible to do with not enough staff. I had to schedule another appointment because they could not check out a seat belt problem (reason for appointment). I appreciate everything Carlos and the service manager did for me. They really try to do a good job. Also, the phone service is pathetic. When you call no one will answer. More

Working with Autonation Nissan Tempe was the most pleasant experience you can have in a dealership. They evaluated my trade-in very quickly and were able to find the exact model and color of vehicle pleasant experience you can have in a dealership. They evaluated my trade-in very quickly and were able to find the exact model and color of vehicle I was looking for. The fantastic service from first pulling into the parking lot with my trade-in until pulling out of the parking lot with my new vehicle was less than four hours.
