When he was unable to answer my questions, he would research and make inquiries as needed. He was so thoughtful to work with me to be able to get me a loaner car that would accommodate my six grandchildren, four of which are in car seats. The Nissan Armada is loaded with technology, my husband and I are technology incompetent, Ivin was very patient with me and assisted me with my questions. More

The employee Ivan was super helpful in resolving my issues with my car. The previous Nissan in Mesa said my car was ok and that nothing needed changing and then a few weeks later my car wouldn’t start issues with my car. The previous Nissan in Mesa said my car was ok and that nothing needed changing and then a few weeks later my car wouldn’t start anymore. The employee went above and beyond to help change the battery and make sure everything else was running smoothly. 10/10 More
