I took my car for an oil change, which took much longer than anticipated. However, they were severely understaffed, so I appreciated my service advisor informing me of this upon my arrival. than anticipated. I found a dealership that made the buying process pleasant. No pressure! My sales person Jonavis was courteous and professional. Never over promised and delivered on what he agreed to do. All staff t pleasant. No pressure! My sales person Jonavis was courteous and professional. Never over promised and delivered on what he agreed to do. All staff treated us with respect. At the end of the day I walked away feeling like I got a great deal. I will definitely buy my next vehicle at Autonation. More
We brought in my 2019 Nissan Rogue SV FWD on Friday 6/17 at 1 p.m. The SUV was not put up on the rack until 4 p.m. Keeping the Rogue over night, the rep said the warranty covered part would not be availab at 1 p.m. The SUV was not put up on the rack until 4 p.m. Keeping the Rogue over night, the rep said the warranty covered part would not be available until Monday 6/20, so we took the SUV back home and brought it back in on 6/20. The rep did not come in on 6/20 and left no note in the file for anyone else to see the service request. So we asked that he be taken off the service order and be replaced by someone else with more attentive abilities. Again, we took the SUV home and have to bring it back in on Tuesday 6/21. Let me say this, if you do not service my vehicle this time out, then I am seriously considering trading in my Nissan for a Hyundai where I know the service is stellar as we both had Hyundai Santa Fes that lasted over 15 years each with excellent service. Aat this juncture, Nissan's service is no service. I am sure you are aware that Google, Facebook, Yelp and many others offer a venue for comments. Let us hope you can do better tomorrow. I realize that Covid, distribution issues, and employee gaps may have contributed to this dilemma. Still, the customer is your gateway to continued success. More
