After trying two times to get a second key for my car I finally got it on my third time visiting the dealer, and even when I got there on time for my appointment it took me over two hours to finally get th finally got it on my third time visiting the dealer, and even when I got there on time for my appointment it took me over two hours to finally get the key even when the guy who got the key from me told me that only will take 10 minutes, after all that I feel that once the customers sign the contact to buy a car they don’t care anymore until they’re going buy another car. In my opinion they need: More follow up with the customers. Accurate appointment times. Accurate waiting time (if is going to be over 2 hours just say it and don’t said 10 minutes) More communication with the customers(if need to change any appointment time jus communicate) More

I bought a car from them about 15 years ago and haven’t owned it for at least 7 years. I don’t even own any Nissans anymore.
