I've been treated exceptionally well at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. This was my first service on my Solterra and Isaiah Richards was a pleasure to work with. Scott Call was a professional salesman from the initial meeting throughout the sales process with his excellent product knowledge, keeping us informed on the order and arrival date and a complete delivery meeting throughout the sales process with his excellent product knowledge, keeping us informed on the order and arrival date and a complete delivery going over all features. We were very satisfied with the customer care we received. Highly recommend Scott and his team! More
I selected a Honda Passport, completed my paperwork, and provided $1000 in payment that same day. I brought a $14000 cashier's check in to pick up my vehicle. Manager processed my check THEN reported that t provided $1000 in payment that same day. I brought a $14000 cashier's check in to pick up my vehicle. Manager processed my check THEN reported that the sales rep who sold me the car had been arrested for DUI and was caught with the car key in his possession. It was reported that key was confiscated and now in possession of police. The dealership denied having a second key. I requested that the key be reprogrammed once recovered for my safety. I was refused. I requested a loaner car to give them time to recover and reprogram my key. I was refused despite having just paid for the car and completed all paperwork. I was late to work despite clearing a 1.5-hour block. I informed finance ahead of the serious time constraints around my job. They took my money and drove me home no clear plan for recovering my car or funds. I received a brief call and was told that the best they could offer was to terminate the purchase because reprogramming my key was not an option for them. I was not given any form of written documentation of the cancelled sale to accompany the news that day. I spent my day with police and the bank. Wait times were inappropriately long, in my opinion (nearly 8 hours to buy the car), I was given inaccurate information about their ability to work with my bank, and the car itself had not been cleaned when I arrived for my appointment. In my experience, this dealership did not demonstrate what most would consider to be appropriate service. I experienced disruptions to my job, was faced with my bank's 90 day waiting period to recover my $14000, I faced a lack of clear documentation on the dealership's plan for cancelling the sale. It took three attempts to finally get appropriate documentation to protect myself. I am now going through my accounts placing safety measures in place to ensure no further harm occurs. I would strongly recommend bypassing this dealership. Also, I was contacted by the dealership and was offered a $500 bribe to delete my Google review. More

Review 1 Subaru Arapahoe Auto Nation is the worst dealer at least for used cars. They hide behind their great name Autonation but they are dishonest and unprofessional. From their salesman to financial mana at least for used cars. They hide behind their great name Autonation but they are dishonest and unprofessional. From their salesman to financial management and even worse general management. When you buy a used car from such a large dealer you do so with confidence and peace of mind because they offer a 40+ point inspection but it seems like they fill it up just to complete a requirement to be able to deliver the car. Two weeks after purchasing a 2020 Ram Promaster Cargo Van we realized that the coolant tank was empty and was leaking all the fluid after filling it but even worse the following days we tried to move the steering wheel and we had to use four hands to do it, the car was inoperable. We took the car to Ram Autonation where the diagnosis was that they needed to replace the radiator, pump and other parts, this repair alone cost around $2500 and the worst part was when they told us that the steering fluid was contaminated, this repair was going to cost $6000. Here comes the worst part: the extended warranty would only cover the repair of the coolant system but not the steering wheel repair. We spoke with the person who sold us the warranty, who is the same financial person, and she told us that they could not do anything because the car had been delivered in perfect condition. After this, they offered us a trade for another Ram Promaster but with a value double that of the first one. The financial person assured us that with this new car we were not going to have any problems because it was very well checked. Lol. But then, how did they check the first one? After waiting a few days the bank did not approve this trade and the last response and solution from the financial person was to sell it on Facebook Marketplace and buy a new one. This is a total lack of respect but this great solution was not enough because when we told them we were going to post a review they told us not to do it that they would talk to a general manager. They asked us to send an email to this professional manager who after 5 days has not responded. My only advice is to take your mechanic, drive the car at least 50 miles and do not believe the multipoint inspection because it is a lie. The cargo van has been at the dealer for 21 days waiting for someone to respond. Thank you Shweta, Oscar, Financial Manager and whoever the general manager is. More
