DO NOT buy a vehicle from AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. This dealership is a complete nightmare to deal with. Finance Director Syed Javaid and General Manager Andy Stavrevski presented financing terms at signing that were later not honored or matched by the lender after delivery of the vehicle. I was given paperwork reflecting one set of payment terms, only to later learn from the lender that the actual approved financing was significantly different. As a result, my monthly payment ended up being over $200 higher than what I was originally told and agreed to at signing. After the fact, the dealership attempted to justify the discrepancy and distance itself from the original terms that were used to complete the sale. A COMPLETE SCAM! These types of practices create confusion and leave customers stuck with unexpected financial burdens after the transaction is already finalized. The entire experience felt misleading, inconsistent, and extremely frustrating. I have hired a lawyer and filed a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General because consumers should not be put in this position after signing a contract in good faith. Syed Javaid and Andy Stavrevski should not be trusted with anyone’s business. Stay far away from this dealership unless you are prepared for major discrepancies between what you are told and what you actually end up paying. More
I had a great experience at the Subaru dealership. Everybody was very professional, friendly, and took care of me very well throughout the entire process. From buying the car to getting it repaired, I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. First, I spent an incredible amount of time getting the price I was quoted to be honored. Second, they almost se recommend this dealership to anyone. First, I spent an incredible amount of time getting the price I was quoted to be honored. Second, they almost sent me home with a tire that had a gash in it until my dad (an auto Nation employee) talked to them. There 150-point inspection showed that it needed to be replaced, but they didnt do it. I test drove it like that, and they intended to let me take it home with a tire that was ready to give out. Then I was told the brakes had been replaced but it took following up multiple times to get the service records. When I finally got it, the brakes hadn't been replaced--just the front rotors were resurfaced. Then I screwed up and popped the brand new tire only to realize they didnt sell the car with the jack and tire iron needed to put a spare on. When I brought the vehicle in to get a warranty fix on the tire, they had me bring it in on a Saturday, and they didnt have the tire replaced until Tuesday. 4 days to replace a tire. When they said the tire was done, they said they'd order the jack. That didn' come until Wednesday. Whybthat jack was ordered on Saturday, I have no idea. When I finally got my car, they had parked it under a tree, and the car i had just purchased from them a week prior and only had for 2 days was covered in tree sap. They haven't responded about it, so now I'm left to figure out how to get sap off. Even with an employee discount, I wish I wouldnt have bought from thos dealership. Horrible experience, and I have no idea what other shady issues I'll find on the vehicle. More
I get tired of car dalers and mechanics feeding me a line of xx. After showing me the multi-page in depth vehicle inspection report on my used truck, I get it home and my wife noticed that a taillight is bu of xx. I live 45 minutes from the dealer and couldn't justify driving there so I fixed it myself. The battery was dead when I showed up for the test drive. The carfax showed it was replaced two months earlier, although it was obviously an older battery by its appearance. They installed a new one which works fine, but there's something fishy about the carfax. I was told the truck would be detailed when I came back two days later to pick it up, but it wasn't. As soon as I got it home I thoroughly cleaned it inside and out. I like the truck, but does the dealer experience really need to be this way? Not impressed. More
