He also kept in touch with pricing and updates while I waited and was very quick with the checkout and returning my vehicle to me. I probably will not be returning to this dealership for future servicing of my vehicle. First, I was sent a card promising certain items 3-year service items (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) for a given future servicing of my vehicle. First, I was sent a card promising certain items 3-year service items (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) for a given price (I believe it was $90 but could have been $99) yet I was charged more than $20 above that for the promised services. Second, I bought this vehicle from this dealership and expect it to stand behind their product. The voice recognition and navigation systems are horrible, but at each scheduled service appointment when I pointed this out, the service department refused to do anything about resolving the issues. After receiving directions for a DYI updating process, I spent many hours in that endeavor that did nothing to improve these features. On the last visit, the Service Department attitude was "not our problem." Not what I expected from the dealership that sold me the product. More
