I have purchased or leased 5 Subarus over the years from this dealership. The superstar here is really Jaymes Nelson who saved the day. After getting quoted incorrectly from another employee, Jaymes stepped in and re-directed to service, went and got the part, brought it to service, and Jessica handled the install perfectly. These are really good people, management should consider two things: 1. Promote both of them, or at least give them some more money, and 2. You are losing a lot of business with your oil change pricing - it's like bananas, everyone knows the cost of bananas is about $1.50 a pound, but Subaru pricing would be $4.50 a pound, everyone knows the cost of an oil change - your's is just too high. You are probably missing a lot of revenue that the star employee's above can produce. I'm giving 5 stars because clearly management employs exceptional people at this dealership - refreshing! More
